AVX High-Temperature Automotive Varistors offer bi-directional protection and are AEC-Q200 qualified. The VT AEC-Q200 qualified multi-layer varistors allow designers to combine the circuit protection and EMI/RFI attenuation function into a single highly reliable device. The VT varistors are tested, qualified, and specified to 175ºC and do not require any derating over the specified operating temperature range. VGAH series features a 150°C max. temperature and are available in larger sizes than the VT series. These VGAH varistors are glass encapsulated, providing enhanced resistance against harsh environments. AVX High-Temperature Automotive Varistors are ideal for under hood, down hole drilling, and high temperature applications.
