OSRAM Opto Semiconductors OSLON Pure 1010 light-emitting diodes (LEDs) provide scalable lighting design for compact spaces in the smallest form factor possible (1mm x 1mm x 0.25 mm). The automotive-grade flip chip die allows directional light to exit only from the top surface of the LED package, allowing tighter LED clusters. The light-emitting surface is contacted not in the usual way with a bond wire from above but within the component itself without the need for bond wires. The number of individual LEDs, their arrangement and the relative proportions of warm white and cold white LEDs can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements. The LEDs have a typical luminous flux of 100 lumens (lm) at 350mA and a color temperature of 3000K.
