Vishay Semiconductors TSSP9x IR Sensor Modules are compact infrared detector modules for presence, proximity, or light curtain applications. The TSSP9x Modules feature an active low output in response to infrared bursts at 940nm. The frequency of the burst should correspond to the carrier frequency for each device. Additional features include sensitivity at 0.4mW/m2, a supply voltage from 1.8V to 3.6V, and a supply current of 0.37mA. The TSSP9x IR Sensor Modules are available in 38kHz and 56kHz modulation frequencies.
